Letters from Baghdad

Letters from Baghdad is an archival-driven feature documentary about the life of Gertrude Bell, narrated by Tilda Swinton.

Known as the "female Lawrence of Arabia," Bell was the most powerful woman in the British Empire in her day and shaped the destiny of Iraq after WWI.

I was involved in the early stages of the project, conducting in-depth archival research and cataloging, as well as developing a grant proposal to secure funding for the film.
